Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Design Engineer role based in Nashik, India. The Junior Design Engineer will be responsible for supporting the development of new products and improvement of existing designs. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design concepts, creating detailed drawings using CATIA software, collaborating with the engineering team, and assisting in the testing and validation of prototypes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and contributing to innovation in product design.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design principles
Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering fundamentals
Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in product development
Previous experience in the agricultural or equipment manufacturing industry is a plus
